Diamond is defined as unconquerable. Diamonds are the hardest known substance on earth, and great depth is required to form them. They are carried to the surface of the earth by volcanic activity, after which a number of processes are necessary to bring out the beauty of a diamond. Diamond cutting is the most exacting and difficult technique of lapidary art. Its primary objective is to bring out the fire and brilliance of the diamond; equally important, however, is the cutting of the diamond according to a plan that will eliminate imperfections, such as cracks and flaws, producing a gem of the best quality, appearance and value.

Women were created along these same lines. The depth from where we were formed, and the circumstances from which we were erupted, requires a planned process that will eliminate our imperfections and produce a gem of maximum value. This plan is executed in the lives of woman through ministering to her position and purpose in this life.

Lady 1st is this faith-based ministry, using the principles of the kingdom to assist women in improving the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities. Renewing the mind enables women to over come obstacles, insecurities and limitations. Reconciliation establishes her identity, and sense of righteousness, and faith provides her with strength to reach her destiny.


 


Lady1st is passionate about seeing women fulfill their destiny. We are "builders" and "rehabbers" for the kingdom. It is the vision of Lady 1st to offer salon services for low-income women and their families at a discounted rate. These services are designed to encourage and uplift women as they endeavor to improve their quality of life. Our goal is to offer some business attire, and interviewing tips to assist her while on the road to self-sufficiency.
Our facilities will be offering classes in etiquette, esteem, personal finances, parenting, health, and beauty.
It is the heartfelt endeavor of lady 1st to lift or lighten the burden of some everyday issues women face, due to lack of instruction in some basic areas. These classes are meant to help correct or prevent some of the avoidable issues of women today. Self- sufficiency is our # 1 goal.

 


Lady 1st does not receive any goverment funding and relies on donations from individuals, groups, churches and corpoartions to help support the vision of Lady 1st.
